Dear Lazyweb: Document / Information Management software for Linux?

Dear Lazyweb:

I'm looking for something like Together (http://reinventedsoftware.com/together/) that runs on Linux. Evidently my Google-Fu is weak this morning because I can't seem to find anything that comes close.

Anyone use something like this?

I'm not sure if it does everything you're looking for, but I've been happy with Zotero as a plugin for Firefox:

Thanks! Though, that seems a bit too research-methods-y for what I want.

In an idea world I'd have some application that I could drop links to my calendar, web pages, email, documents, jot down notes, etc... Togetehr is pretty much like that, but, sadly, I don't have a Mac anymore.

So far I've found the following which only sorta kinda work:
