[lopsa-discuss] LOPSA mailing list configuration

I think I'm not unusual in filtering mail based on the mailing list
from which it originates. When I set-up LOPSA mailing lists, I based
that filtering on the List-id header, which is supposed to be permanent
and unchanging. However, in the last week, the List-id for this list
has changed from "discuss.lopsa-01.lopsa.org" to "discuss.lopsa.org".
The new value is logically better, but an unannounced change is still
disturbing.
