[lopsa-discuss] LOPSA mailing list configuration

Actually it started as "discuss.lopsa.org", went to
"discuss.lopsa-01.lopsa.org", and now apparently went back.

After the first switch, I changed my procmail rule to be:

:0
* ^List-Id:.+<[a-z]+\..*(lopsa|systemadministrators)\.org>
[...]

which in theory will deal with any version that may appear.
