My guess would be that you could not, for the same reason you can't do this
with Outlook - the client syncs the email database on each end, it doesn't
pop the email. Again, I've never used Evolution, so I can't say for certain.
I know this doesn't work with Outlook.
Now, you can configure Outlook with multiple accounts (multiple pop3, imap,
etc), but only one Exchange account per user instance.

The docs that I've seen for the Exchange Connector state that you have
native connectivity, which suggests that it connects to Exchange the same
way that Outlook does. If it does do a webpage screen scrape for email, that
is a horribly ugly hack.
