I recently helped a client through this painful process. Contact the
registrar to find out how to have the contact data changed when the
email address is no longer accessible. It usually involves filling
out a form and faxing in copies of either company documents or
personal ID, as well. Surprisingly, NetSol is very good about
handling these requests. I've not experienced this with other
registrars, so I don't know how well Verio will be on this one.
