What do you (all) think about rotating by day, vs by week? My current
employer rotates by week, as did my last employer who did this, although
there's a lot of overlap among personnel too, so that may not be a
coincidence. :^) Both were integrated into the after-hours on-call
rotation too. (Do you rotate that weekly, or daily?)
