On my old team here at the telco, we had it worked out so two or
three people covered the front end to our tickets and group email,
and the rest of the group would do project work. For the most part
that worked out well. In the new team, my job is very different, so
its almost all project work. I have to manage time much better now,
which is why I am reading TMfSA.
