It isn't "hardware", but, we use the Cisco 3000 Client (IPSEC) on both
our XP and SuSE laptops.  This works for both our internal wireless
connections and our Internet resident folks.  For the International
crowd we privide iPass accounts, US based remote users get Earthlink
accounts. Worked solid for three years except for the laptop which fell
into a fjord.
