[lopsa-discuss] Jobs list?

for now, post your job to the discuss list. the consensus seems to be to
use this list for everything until there is sufficient demand for more lists.

we have a jobs project on our to-do list (if anyone wants to help, go to
http://lopsa.org/projects and check the "Jobs Board" item), but haven't
defined or started it yet.
