LOPSA affilitated groups. Also involved in defining the relationship
between local groups and LOPSA."

That's the definition from the volunteer sign up page.

To start with I think we need to concentrate on defining what types of
groups we'd like to work with and make contact in our local areas.

At the same time I would like us to start up and begin promoting local
LOPSA organizations for those of you that don't already have a sysadm
group of some sort available locally.

David Parter is the LOPSA board liaison for this project.

There is some limited giveaway items available from LOPSA for regional
groups.

We need to determine what else we need/want for the project.
