More thoughts:

A public web page for the project on lopsa.org would be good.  At this
point, especially information aimed at leaders of existing groups.  It'd be
*much* easier to talk to the other leaders of the LUG I'm involved with and
to potentially interested sysadmins if there was a URL I could give them
with the key pieces of information about this particular effort.

Eventually a registry of LOPSA-affiliated local and regional groups would be
good; help people find a sysadmin group local to them.  Maybe reserve
http://lopsa.org/local or http://lopsa.org/regional right away, and only put
up content once we know what we're actually doing?
