To clarify, this would be a recruiting page highlighting reasons to form
a LOPSA-affiliated SA group or to affiliate an existing group with
LOPSA, yes?

That certainly can be done. I'm working on adapting the slides from the
community meeting into a Intro-to-LOPSA presentation and can provide
some content.

I've created a node at /local that all authenticated users can edit.
