I concur.

I'd like LOPSA to parent regional groups. Deciding that is part of our
project charter. We should come up with a plan and present it to the board
for approval.

I'm pretty certain this is something the board wants LOPSA to be able to
provide. I am very certain we're not yet ready to offer it.
Michael and I have applied for a list for LOPSA-US-AZ, but haven't yet
gotten it.
Let's work on defining the LOPSA's desired roll and getting it approved by
the board.

There's also a beauty in saving effort :).

I think there are opportunities for LOPSA or LOPSA members to help with
acquiring physical space, sponsors for food, equipment, etc. Not sure
LOPSA wants to do so.

Yes, as volunteer coordinator I definitely intend to encourage project to
work together. The regional group, speakers, campus reps, and membership
projects certainly seem to me to all be related.

I believe those are the items currently in stock.
