No. At least as I see it local chapters shouldn't be required to call
themselves $something-LOPSA. I believe the idea we've been tossing around
is that only LOPSA chapters should be allowed to use the LOPSA name. Using
LOPSA isn't a requirement for the chapters.

We've still got to prove LOPSA is worthy of SNAPgh wanting to be a local
chapter :).
