That the project you're talking about?

12 people signed up for it.

That doesn't actually seem like a speakers bureau type of thing to me. It
could be a subset of a speakers bureau.

Are you willing to lead the project or at least act as moderator for the
mailing list? If so, I will request the list. Still waiting on the last
one requested, but theoretically the sooner I request it the sooner we'll
have it :).

Looks like you've already signed up for mailing list maintenance in
general, does that include making the mailing lists?
