[Lopsa-regional-project] Ping: Upcoming news on LOPSA Regional Project

Hi,

In a burst of post-LISA motivation, I'm working with the LOPSA board to
create a regional organization committee to help form and develop new
chapters and affiliates. Part of the committee's purpose is to find out
how the national organization can help regional groups and vice versa.
This note is a quick heads-up to anyone interested in helping with the
project.
