[Lopsa-regional-project] Q: What should go in a LOPSA Chapter Kit?

I think info about LOPSA it self  would be good.  I get the question from my
members of why they should become a members of LOPSA?  Where dose there
money get used for?  Those types of questions should be in an FAQ for the
local groups to hand out or be able to consult to keep there members
informed.
