Okay then! :)

One question that might come up fairly quickly, and that should be
thought about from the beginning, is what's the storage and access
method for the data?

I'm guessing that lopsa would prefer to keep within their current web
based system (the drupal system?) for storage of the content as well as
the general ease in maintenance on their behalf.

Personally myself, I'm not that familiar with the drupal system but my
initial exploration shows that it shouldn't be too hard to come up
with some kind of form system (as you've mentioned below) which would
do the majority of linking between pages/sources.

IMHO, one big thing is to make the input of data as easy as possible
so that people would be interested in doing one or two when they're
bored.

As to the taxonomies, probably we'll find that multiple sets would be
required, but we have to be as flexible as possible, since there is no
way we can predict what could be of interest in the future.

That sounds like a fairly good initial breakout, but I'd toss in a
little addition of dates so that it's easier to track "stale" data in
the future.

Cheers,
