[Lopsa-tools] Security tools list

For anyone who hasn't seen it already, Fyodor, author of nmap, has put 
together a list of the top 100 network security tools, based on feedback 
from his user community.  http://sectools.org/

The content of this list is useful, but also the formatting.  Items are 
grouped into categories, tagged with features (GUI, OSX support, etc), and 
have decent summaries.

Something like this but more dynamic, and not limited to security, is what 
I'd like to see this project provide, if we ever get off the ground...
