[LOPSA-US-AZ] rpm and conf files

moin moin,

is there a way to configure rpm to not clobber config files?

/me doesn't know if he should smack rpm for whacking a conf file or
rsnapshot for defaulting to / or both, probably both.

I don't mind /etc/myconf.conf.new or whatever and notice that a new
version is available. In fact, that's a great mechanism. I do mind local
changes getting whacked.

ciao,
