"I am very satisfied with the settlement we have reached in this
litigation," said Trey Harris, President of LOPSA. "LOPSA will now
be able to move forward with its mission to serve the system

members, and the continuing professionalization of our community.
With the litigation behind us, LOPSA is now in a fantastic position
for future growth in membership and programs."

case in an exceptional manner."
